Is prices included the tax?
All prices shown inthe website are inclusive of all Taxes (where applicable) and are correct at the time they are entered on to the system. We reserve the right, however, to change prices at any time without any notice(except for the purchased/paid items).
Why does an item have different prices?
Itzz has many points of purchase and each one brands have their own pricing methods. In addition to that, a material or service provider may have a special offer or promotion on their products, accordingly Itzz gives you the ability to compare different products easily and choose the best deal for you.
Will Itzz send me an order confirmation against each purchase?
Yes, an order confirmation will be emailed to your registered email once the transaction has been completed. A copy of your order confirmation will also be saved to your Itzz account so that you may retrieve the transaction information at any time later. Do there any additional charges to Itzz for online shopping?
Never, you will only charge for the price of the item as it is shown on website and/or delivery costs/gift wrapping charges as detailed in your shopping basket before you check out.
What kind of payment methods can be used?
We are accepting most Credit Cards and Debit Cards as well as online banking through payment gate way or direct bank transfer cheque,DD and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD is accepted for orders that are to be delivered within the predefined destinations.
Accepts international cards?
Yes, we accept most international cards, but we keep the right to refuse cards from certain countries, companies, card issuers and banks.
Is it safe to submit my credit/debit card information on Itzz?
Yes, we are aware of the safety of your personal information and especially your credit/debit card information is very important to you. If an order is cancelled, Shall the buyer get back their money?
» Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.
» Orders cancelled after order preparation may be cancelled and that must be before shipment, but you will be charged for 10% of item price
» It is not allowed to change items including changing item size or color after payment confirmation. We will charge for 10% of item price if you insist us to change (but must be before shipment).
» In the cause of Goods which are made and prepared as per your specification or which have been personalized or exclusively custom made item, you will not have the right to cancel the order.
» Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.
Why do ship the pack inside another box/cover?
The original packaging is sometimes not sufficient to protect the items during delivery. To ensure that your items arrive safely, we may choose to place your items inside another box/cover. If you have bought more than one item from us, then these items may also be packaged together in a new box to reduce delivery costs.
III. SHIPPING POLICY
What is the method of Shipping?
Standard Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days to deliver. If opted for Standard Stitching/U Design, additional 4 days are applicable on delivery time. Ready to Ship Section (RTS) offers a range that can be shipped within 2 business day, with standard delivery time applicable to it
What is the difference between billing address and shipping address?
Billing Address is the address which the customer registered in the website Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment.
How the shipping cost is calculated?
Standard Shipping cost is based on item price and weight. More number of items in your shopping bag will get you the benefits of lesser shipping charges. All weights will be rounded up to the next 500 grams.
Any special offer available on shipping charges?
We will announce special offer,if any,from time to time.
Is there any shipment risk?
Shipments to any College/School/Hostel are placed at the customer's risk. If the school's warden does not accept your package or it is refused for any reason, Itzz will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer's account, nor shall Itzz attempt re-shipment of the same order.
What mode of shipment Itzz choose?
We ship all orders as soon as earlier .
If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. Often, products will be shipped separately from one another for added safety in transit, so you may receive more than one delivery to your address.
From where the shipment is done?
All the products will be shipped from Kochi, Kerala.
How does the customer change their address after placing an order?
Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 12 hours of placing the order. You may send your alteration request to email@example.com and the needful will be done. We have no responsibility,if the item is already shipped before the receipt of such request.
Is possible Multiple Address Order?
If you want to send the product to different addresses, you can place multiple orders through email communication immediately after placement of order.
What will be result of Incorrect or Incomplete Address?
Some shipping agents charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees. Hence, please make sure your shipping address is correct.
In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.
What if Any Delays?
Time to ship mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail
However any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts . In some cases we may refund you for unfulfilled part of the order.
Further to the above , if we find any damage in the ordered item before shipping, we will try to replace that. It may take more time for shippment
IV GOODS IN TRANSIT
Have any transit risk on customers?
Itzz ships all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If shipping agents fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. But Itzz will not responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier etc.
Shall Itzz inform the tracking details?
We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the shipping agent. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier companies website details.
Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.
What about shipment time?
For each item we have mentioned time to ship along with the item image. These are only indicative and approximate values, and items can be shipped earlier or later on case to case basis depending upon the availability of item and other factors.
It is advisable to email us with the item codes to get more accurate time to ship estimate.
We are proud to offer such shipping values to our customers, especially when paired with our fast delivery times. In most cases, your order will be processed within 48-72 hours of your placing it. You can expect to receive your order, on average, within 7 -15 business days of placing the order.
What are the Statutory Levies?
Matter of Statutory Levies are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different states and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Customs Duty etc. are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your Government.
They are entirely your responsibility. The shipping agent may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.
What happens if any order is lost in transit?
If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days and then reprocess/reship/refund the order. What are the points to be remembered regarding delivery of an order ?
We deliver to all most all postal address with in India. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code and alternative contact number if any.
To ensure that no disputes arise due to non-delivery, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when delivery is attempted.
Further, deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of shiooing agencies and these vary from place to place.
Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner, does not make any pick-ups on those days.
How does the customer ensure the quickest confirmed delivery on all orders?
To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery on all orders, please be sure to include the complete postal address with the correct PIN/ZIP code. We cannot be responsible for transit delays resulting from incomplete address listings.
Is there any preference to make the delivery?
Presently we have no such arrangements. However, you may contact with us to check the possibility of the same.

What is the return policy ofItzz?
If you wish to return/exchange an item with a specific reason (you have received an item is not as pictured or described or in case you have received a damaged or faulty item), first upon send an email to us mentioned with the reason and that must be within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the item. In this regard, we will send a confirmation mail to you for commence the exchange/refund process

Yes, the following items are not eligible for return: Gift cards, Bikini bottoms, briefs and underwear, swimwear, Socks & Stocking, Perishable Products, Personalized products, e.g. T-shirts with names and/or personal pictures, Products made to order, Sealed products where the seal has been broken, Worn, damaged or altered items, purchase against gift voucher.
An order had cancelled before it was shipped, so when the customer can expect for refund?
Refunds for cancelled orders are usually processed within 2 to 3 weeks of your order being cancelled, but please allow up to 21 working days before contacting us if you haven't received your refund. Depending on your bank/credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days for the credited amount to show in your account.
What happens if customer returns an item that included a free gift or was part of a bundle or package?
In order to receive a full refund, you need to return the gift with purchase and/or the bundled/ packaged items.
Is package insured and do need to sign for order?

Packaging should be of a sturdy and tear resistant material

VII REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY
What Itzz mean by Exchange?
By exchange, we mean returning an item to receive a different color or size of the same item (if available with us) which is of the same value.
What are the points to be taken care for exchange?
Most items can be exchanged or refunded for specific reasons within 48 hours notification from the date of delivery, provided that they are in their original condition within the original package, with all the tags and labels attached and inclusive of all original spare parts, accessories and documentation such as manuals. Items that are not returned as described below may not be accepted by us for an exchange or refund.
In order to receive a full refund (excluding shipping charge collected), you need to return the gift with purchase and/or the bundled/ packaged items. If used any discount code (coupon) on that particular purchase, that discount amount will not be refunded.
Once your items have been returned to us and it has been inspected and approved (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed within 30days from the date of authorization.
If you have received a wrong delivery or the item that you have received is not as pictured or described or in case you have received a damaged or faulty item, the return shipping will be free of cost for you.
In the cause of goods which are made and supplied as per your specification or which have been personalized or exclusively custom made item, you will not have the right to cancel the Contract.
Goods should be returned in their original package to ensure they are sufficiently protected in transit. Original packing boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return will not be accepted if the box is damaged or out of designerâ€™s tags or without manual enclosed. Items should be returned in new, unused, and with the Itzzâ€™s and designer garmentâ€™s tags still attached. Return goods that are damaged or soiled would not accept and may be sent back to the customer. All footweras should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.
What are the items which are not eligible for Exchange/Refund/Replacement?
The following items are not eligible for return/exchange:

What Itzz mean for faulty goods?
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subjected to the availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
What is the impact of late returns?
Goods return process start later than of the above time-frames (start within 48 hours from the day of our mail confirmation receipt and should be reached within 30 days) will not be accepted.
Are there any circumstances to cancel the order and refund the amount by Itzz?
Even after the order is placed by a customer Itzz have the right to cancel their order, if it is found before delivery that the ordered item(s) is/are damaged. This will be informed by Itzz to the customer. You will receive a full refund of your payment. As a compensation, an amount equivalent to 5% (five percentage) or Rs.100/- (Rupees one hundred only) whichever is less will be given to you.
VIII RISK AND OWNERSHIP POLICY
Ownership in all Goods and Services remain with us until full payment of all amounts due to us has been received from you.You will be responsible for the safe custody and insurance of all Goods in your custody (if any item reserved for return).
IX WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
We permit to you that the Goods ordered by you will meet the description as shown on our website (or any other description given to you in writing). We will not have any responsibility for any damage which occurred to the Goods after delivery.
If any defects in any goods notified within 2 days of delivery, you must inform us as soon as you become aware of the defect, giving us full details. We will then decide, in talk with you, whether the defect is in our accountability. If so, we may arrange either to repair the Goods or to replace them with similar Goods. Replacement of goods is subject to the availability of items. Any faulty Goods to be returned to us must be returned at your expense.
We do not accept any concern for accidental damage, any wear and tear or failure by you or by any third party. Liability to you for loss or damage under no circumstances must not exceed in the total amount for the particular items that you have paid to us.
We are not liable to replace or refund any item due to your negligence
